- Adults spray 4 times in the back of the throat. Use up to 4 times daily.Warning: Screw sprayer onto bottle. To operate the sprayer, rotate the wand to 90°, aim in the back of the throat and press the sprayer. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation.
