This 90-minute CE webinar offers clinicians a, practical, nonjudgmental framework for working with clients who are actively using, reducing, or discontinuing stimulants and alcohol. Explore key topics including harm reduction, stigma, nervous system regulation support, preparation for change, safety and referral considerations, and longer-term planning.

Participants will examine botanical and nutritional approaches within these clinical contexts, including vitex, schisandra, rhodiola, NADA ear acupuncture, B-complex, tyrosine, 5-HTP, omega-3 fatty acids, SAM-e, kudzu, angelica, lavender, ginger, ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, L-glutamine, L-theanine, and NAC.*

Two case studies will help bring the material into practical clinical context while highlighting appropriate scope, safety considerations, and when medical evaluation, referral, or collaborative care may be appropriate.

Educational scope: This program is for professional education for clinicians only and does not position botanicals or nutritional supplements as substitutes for appropriate medical care.
