This educational session will examine Shatavari’s traditional use, key botanical constituents, and proposed mechanisms, alongside human and preclinical research relevant to the menopausal transition.* The presentation will also introduce White Peony, processed Rehmannia, and Damiana, with discussion of their traditional applications and emerging research.*

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the current evidence, including its strengths and limitations, and explore how traditional herbal perspectives can be considered alongside contemporary scientific findings when discussing botanical approaches to midlife wellness.*
