Part 1: Dietary Approaches & Herbal Support for Mast Cell Stabilization*


Summary: In this session, we will focus on calming mast cell overactivity through targeted dietary choices and herbal support.* We will review how to differentiate primary MCAS from histamine intolerance secondary to other disorders, identify common triggers, and explore nutritional strategies to stabilize mast cells and lower inflammation.* Participants will gain practical tools for implementing low-histamine diets, nutrient therapy, and mast cell–modulating botanicals in clinical practice.* Learning Objectives: By the end of Part 1, participants will be able to: 1. Differentiate between primary MCAS and secondary histamine intolerance.* 2. Identify dietary, environmental, genetic, and physiological factors that trigger mast cells.* 3. Recommend foods, nutrients, and herbs that stabilize mast cells and reduce inflammation.*
