Healthy Microbiome Function*
Our gut microbiomes are rapidly changing and challenging to maintain. Many events lead to imbalance: improper eating, poor sleep, increased stress, even unbalanced hormones. In this talk, we reviewed the pathways to imbalance, and discussed herbs and other therapies that support a healthy balance.*
