Banish Burnout
Clinician burnout is prevalent and destructive. One antidote is establishing a happy practice. Using the tenets of Positive Psychology, this presentation provided strategies for becoming happier practitioners. Of course, botanicals can help to support this transformation, and we focused on Holy basil (Ocimum sanctum), Lavender (Lavendula officinalis), St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), and Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis).*
